Ingredients: refined shea butter, organic extra virgin olive oil, beeswax, magnesium brine, Himalayan cedarwood wood, ho wood, sweet orange, Roman chamomile, and vetiver essential oils. 

adults: apply a dime size amount to feet 30 minutes prior to bed 

children: apply a pea size amount to feet 30 minutes prior to bed children
